2 ounces Wild Turkey® 101 Bourbon
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce egg white (optional)
HOW TO MAKE IT
Add Wild Turkey® 101 Bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to shaker and “dry shake” without ice to emulsify.
Then add ice and shake again. Strain into coupe glass and top off with dash of bitters.
